Review: Etude House BB Magic Cream in Refreshing

<!--[if gte mso 9]> <![endif]

Hello 안녕하세요 ~
Sorry for the long hiatus! My skin suffered tremendously during the last month and it took a while for me to be happy with my current state.
I’m back with an Etude House BB Cream review – The Etude House BB Magic Cream in Refreshing (for some reason, their US website doesn't display this product but they do have the product from the same range)

How do I apply my BB cream?

I've made a separate tutorial here filled with tips on BB cream usage.

Magic BB Cream offers natural looking coverage that nourishes, corrects skin complexion and protects against sun damage. Contains skin soothing and nourishing Aloe Vera, Chamomile, Madecassol and Centella Asiatica Promotes flawless complexion with natural ‘No Makeup Look’

To Use: After facial cleansing, pump a pea size amount and dot your forehead, nose, cheeks and chin. Blend outwards using fingers or brush depending on your preference.

The Etude House BB cream comes in two varieties, Refreshing and Moisturizing. Refreshing is for oily/combination skin while Moisturizing is best suited for dry skin.

This BB cream contains 35ml and comes in a squeezy plastic pump tube.

I tend to almost never throw away the packaging box because they I am a hoarder – haha

I like that Etude House has English and Korean for their products because I like to see what ingredients I’m putting on my face.

The shade is a very natural colour, perfect for people unblessed with white, glowing skin like me. BB creams tend to come in very light shades so I was pleasantly surprised with the product. For someone who cringes at the sight of unblended foundation lines, this is perfect because it blends beautifully. This Etude House BB cream is great for people with darker skin and can't seem to find a bb cream for their skin.

It smells like light baby powder which I don’t mind at all. It is completely unnoticeable after a few minutes.

The Etude House BB cream is moisturizing and not at all drying. If your skin is dry or prone to dry patches, I recommend this to range to you! If this was for oily skin, who knows how much more moisturizing the ‘dry skin’ variety is. The only downside is that I turned extra shiny throughout the day. It has zero oil control, but it’s nothing a good powder can’t fix.

Overall, it’s a very nice product and I wouldn’t mind purchasing it again especially since it's at a budget friendly $10. I bought it for $11.98 from this eBay store. Check it out! They provide samples as well

♡♡♡ and a half

Until next time, annyeong~
